Colleagues from Hanro Group, Naylors and Womble Bond Dickinson are looking to raise as much money as we can with a series of events in 2026, culminating with the sponsored Cycling Challenge in late September.

We have chosen to fundraise for the wonderful St Oswald's Hospice, as each of us taking part have been touched by the great work they do. We have set ourselves a target of £50,000 which would fund a hospice nurse for a year. The Hospice are a lifeline for local families, offering care and comfort through the hardest times. It’s about more than medical care; it’s about making every day count and giving families time together when it matters most.

To help us reach our target, we will be looking to host a number of fundraising events and hope you can support us along the way!

Our timeline of events is still in the planning but will include the following:

• January 2026 – Fizz & Chips Launch hosted by Womble Bond Dickinson
• 1st May 2026 - Golf Day at Close House
• August / September 2026 - Family afternoon/evening event at Wylam Brewery
• 24th September 2026 – Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge
• October / November – Celebration Dinner
